Palestine: Sports for Life (PS4L) Shortlisted for 2025 ISCA Global IRTS Awards
Ramallah, Palestine – Palestine: Sports for Life (PS4L) has been proudly shortlisted as a finalist for the 2025 ISCA Awards: Global Integration of Refugees through Sport (IRTS) in the category IRTS & Mental Health. This recognition highlights the organization’s ongoing commitment to supporting displaced children and youth in Palestine through sport-based psychosocial programs.
PS4L’s programs create safe spaces where children and young people can build resilience, develop life skills, and experience inclusion through structured sports activities. By integrating physical activity with psychosocial support, PS4L empowers participants to overcome challenges, express themselves, and regain a sense of normalcy despite the adversities they face.
Being shortlisted alongside inspiring organizations from around the world underscores PS4L’s dedication to using sport as a powerful tool for social change. The announcement of the winners will take place at the MOVECongress2025 in Copenhagen this October.
“This recognition motivates us to continue providing safe and empowering spaces for children and youth in Palestine,” said the PS4L team. “We are proud to represent Palestine on a global stage and to demonstrate the impact of sport in fostering mental health, resilience, and inclusion.”
