Get ready for an evening filled with movement, energy, fun, and connection!
Join us on Monday, 27 July 2026, from 6:00–8:00 PM at Qalqiliya Municipal Stadium for a special activity designed for girls & women aged 15 and above.
The activity is organized by Palestine Sports for Life (PS4L) in partnership with Free to Run, Generations for Peace, Olympic Council of Asia, and Qalqiliya Ahli Club.
Enjoy fitness exercises, yoga, active games, and running — all in a fun and supportive environment!
