PS4L in Positive Deviance (PD) Workshop

On March 2019, PS4L had participated in two days workshops on “The Positive Deviance Approach and adaptive leadership” which conducted by AICS /Jerusalem in Ramallah. This approach was introduced in Palestine two years ago and has been applied in various fields, from women's economic empowerment to the co-participation of men and women in domestic work. The international team of "WIN" Welfare Improvement Network represented by Lars, Dorthe and Lavinia have facilitated and directed the workshop.
