PS4L Director as a Guest Speaker on TEDx

On May 20th of this year, our extraordinary PS4L Director Tamara Awartani will be a guest speaker in a TEDx event dedicated to Palestinian women. Ten women will tell their influential stories of starting a change within their community. Stories of hardships that were overcome with success by remaining resilient and dedicated towards a cause they believe in.

We are excited for more Palestinians to get to know and hear from the first Palestinian women basketball player to play professional in Jordan and Germany as well as the first Palestinian to specialize and pursue her PhD in the academic field of 'Sports for Development' - Tamara Awartani. Save the date to celebrate and be inspired by ten women of Palestine at the A.M. Qattan Foundation in the city of Ramallah, Tedx Al-Manara Square.
