PS4L students had breakfast together before their sports session. Coach Yumon Masri organized the morning breakfast to make sure each student had their morning breakfast before the session. During the group breakfast, Coach Yumon discussed the benefits of eating breakfast, especially before physical activity. Each student came with their breakfast and talked about various topics such as school and family.
After their breakfast and gathering, they started their sports and life skills session warm-up drills directed by Coach Yumon. Within this session, Coach Yumon allowed the students to design their purposeful small games that relayed positive life lessons. The students created diffrent small games and focused on topics like the importance of communication, how to support others, gender equity, and hard work. It was an engaging way for students to express themselves, think creatively, implement their ideas, and see the results of their created sports plan.
