Celebrating Global Money Week

On March 24th, PS4L participated in the Global Money Week (GMW) celebration. GMW is an annual global awareness campaign on the importance of ensuring that young people, from an early age, are financially aware, and are gradually acquiring the knowledge, skills, and behaviors necessary to make financial decisions and ultimately achieve financial well-being and financial resilience. As GMW is celebrated for a week (from March 21st - 27th), Aflatoun celebrated GMW on the 24th with fellow partner organizations. PS4L trainer Suad Alqam partook in the virtual celebration with her students. Children and youth from each partner organization had the opportunity to share  social and financial situations they are experiencing with one another. Therefore, PS4L students were able to speak with children from distinct places around the world, having a virtual cultural exchange experience.
