One week. Three schools. 139 young changemakers. And a journey they'll never forget.
The final day of the English in Action Summer Camp brought together students from Ain Arik Mixed School, Ramallah Girls School, and Ramallah Boys School to celebrate everything they had achieved throughout the week.
What started as a camp became a place where children found their voices, discovered their confidence, and learned that leadership begins with helping others. ????
On the last day, students took the lead—presenting their own projects, guiding activities, working as teams, and proudly sharing what they had learned. They didn't just participate... they inspired one another.
Along the way, they strengthened skills that will stay with them long after the camp ends:
Teamwork
Communication
Leadership
Self-confidence
Respect for others
Problem-solving
Responsibility & Empathy
One student's reflection captured the heart of the experience:
"It is not easy to be in someone else's shoes, but doing what the English and PE coaches did made me appreciate them and their work more."
Another shared:
"We are proud of what we have achieved with the help and support of our teachers."
This wasn't just about learning English.
It was about believing in themselves, supporting each other, and discovering that together, they can achieve so much more.
Here's to every smile, every challenge, every friendship, and every dream that started this summer. ????✨
